Field of ExpertiseOur field of expertise is design of different types of heat exchanger solutions in Polypropylene. The design is manufactured at our production site in either prototype series or large-scale manufacturing. To us, the word design normally means optimisation with respect to some parameters, such as; pressure drop, weight, volume, temperature efficiency and/or fan characteristics.
ApplicationsOur plate heat exchanger is used within a variation of fields and therefore applied in different types of industrial segments, such as; ventilation, humidifying/dehumidifying systems, wet flue gas recuperation, electronic cooling and other heating/cooling systems.

The MonoBlock™The MonoBlock™ Heat Exchanger is built-up of extruded sheets of Polypropylene that are joined together using our patented welding procedure.
The seam between the PP sheets is unique and absolutely air-tight. There is full flexibility in choice of both internal and external dimensions as well as in shape and form. This is due to our flexible production line, allowing rapid adjustments depending on type of heat exchanger. The MonoBlock™ Heat Exchanger is available in any size, continuous dimensions, up to maximum 1200x1200x1000mm. It is originally a cross flow heat exchanger, but the housing may be designed in order to take advantageous counter flow effects into account.

Recyclable products
All our products are manufactured in one single material, polypropylene, that is completely recyclable. That is, we manufacture the heat exchanger core as well as frames and housing in the same material. Our patented manufacturing process enables us to assemble the complete product without any adhesives or sealing compounds, and still allow 100% air-tight heat exchangers.
