Optimised Design

The MonoBlock™ heat exchangers are optimised according to the customers specific requirements, i.e. weight, performance (temperature efficiency and transferred heat), physical dimensions and life cycle costs.

 

The MonoBlock™ heat exchanger can be manufactured in any dimension up to maximum 1200x 1200x1000 mm, on request. Our manufacturing process enables a variety of geometrical shapes of the heat exchangers, such as; square, rhomb, rectangular, parallelogram and trapezoid. This enables us to design heat exchangers that are using all available space.

 

 

 

In-house software

In-house heat exchanger software features:

  • Optimisation with respect to weight, volume, performance, pressure drop etc.

  • Gas-to-gas, liquid-to-gas and liquid-to-liquid applications

  • Two-phase flow with gas mixtures (e.g. humid air and condensation)

  • External dimensions (any)

  • Shape and form

  • Internal dimensions

  • Flow arrangement (i.e. cross-, counter-, parallel-, and multi-pass flow)

 

This design freedom together with our in-house developed software enables us to manufacture state-of-the-art heat exchangers for any application.
