Standard Heat Exchangers

SEGERFRÖJD Production offers a wide range of polypropylene plate heat exchangers. The standard heat exchangers are built-up of extruded polypropylene (PP) sheets as all our MonoBlock™ heat exchangers. The PP-sheets are welded together using our patented welding method, enabling air-tight joints.

The standard range of heat exchangers includes:

• Cross flow 

   

• Different sizes (only quadratic): 

  - 200x200xH mm.

  - 300x300xH mm

  - 500x500xH mm

  - Height H is optional

   

• Different material options: 

  - Normal grade, PP co-polymer

  - PP flame retardant UL V-0.

Air-tight Design

Our air-tight joining method has  several important advantages, namely;

• No contamination

• No adhesives or solvents

• First-rate joint strength

• Excellent long-term behavior

Warranty

AB SEGERFRÖJD Production leaves a five-year (5) warranty of the heat exchanger core regarding design and material, beginning at the date of delivery and no later than 7 days after dispatch from our factory.

Flame proof option UL V-0

The standard MonoBlock™ heat exchangers are available in flame retardant material, fulfilling Underwriters Laboratories requirements for UL V-0 rate (former notation UL94 -V0).

The manufacturing method used for the MonoBlock™ is protected by patents no 93904437.6 in Europe and no 5474639 in USA.
